This Issue: During his seven year absence running from the United States government, Cobra Commander found sanctuary with others like him. Dictators, criminals, and corrupt officials. Unknown to them at the time, he was slowly converting THEIR troops to rebuild the Cobra army. Now they want payback, and what better way to do this than by teaming up, and kidnapping two people most likely to know where to find him - Flint and the Baroness!
