Today, an estimated 1% of the world's population possesses psychic abilities. These people are not superheroes. In most ways, they're just ordinary people, living ordinary lives. They have families, careers and dreams; they eat, sleep, live...and die.
THIS ISSUE: "Dead Man's Hand," Part One-Start of a new story arc. Bobby Pope is a con man and petty criminal. He's also a psychic. He makes a living fleecing marks through card games, street fights and other scams. Aided by his abilities, he can't lose...until he crosses paths with a group of narcotics officers with more on their minds than catching criminals.
